CASPER, Wyo. — The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Casper College is looking for instructors to teach in the spring of 2023.

The OLLI program offers lessons for anyone over the age of 16 and is looking for instructors with a unique hobby or passion that they want to share with others. Those interested in teaching an OLLI class can submit multiple proposals, and staff are available to help people develop their classes.

“Community Education classes are for people over the age of 16 who want to learn something new for their personal enrichment and growth,” said Zhanna Gallegos, Community Education Coordinator at OLLI.

Classes should include an education or history component, according to Kat Bohr-Buresh, OLLI coordinator.

“Teaching times are flexible and can range from one class session to a class that meets multiple times,” she added.

Instructor applications should be submitted by Friday, September 2.

“The spring semester for community education and OLLI courses runs from January 16 to May 31, 2023,” the announcement added. “For more information, call 307-268-3401 or submit a proposal here.”
